・You can cancel your reservation up to one month before the workshop you have booked. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our inquiry desk with the subject "Cancellation of reservation."

・Please note that if you cancel within one month of the event, 100% of the fee will be charged. Also, please note that we cannot accept date changes within one month of the event date.

・Please note that we cannot accept any complaints or requests for refunds, including damage to the work after participating in or experiencing the workshop on the day, not receiving the work, not liking the finished work, or not liking the workshop on the day. In particular, with regard to dripping, fluid, and pouring art, which involves pouring, dripping, glittering, and decorative finishing, even after the work is completed, there may be changes such as paint flowing, the paint shrinking as it dries, the paint drying and cracking, the paint underneath rising to the surface and creating a different pattern than immediately after completion, and the glittering or shiny surface losing its shine as the paint dries. This is a phenomenon unique to dripping, fluid, and pouring art, and is not a problem with the storage or drying conditions at our company.

・For cancellations or refunds due to natural disasters or accidents that may occur during your travel to our facilities, please report any damages you may incur to the transportation or public institutions, the cause of the accident, etc., and make a claim for cancellation fees, etc. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds due to natural disasters or accidents that may occur during your travel.

・If you are more than 30 minutes late on the day, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

If no date is specified when making a reservation, it will be treated as a reservation for that day.

・Due to various circumstances, we may ask you to move the store you have reserved. If we need to move, we will contact you via the email address or phone number you provided when you made the reservation, so please check. Please note that you will be responsible for any transportation costs.
*If the address you use to make a reservation is unavailable, cannot send from, or is blocked, you will not receive a response from us. Please note that we cannot respond to or refund complaints or requests for refunds made to the store due to our inability to contact you. In addition, if we discover that you have not responded to our messages or have intentionally not contacted us, we will not cancel or refund your reservation.

・If you choose to mail your work at a later date, you will be responsible for the postage costs. We will not store any work, luggage, or other items. We will not be able to respond to any complaints before or after the workshop experience. We will not provide any refunds.

・Please manage your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages such as theft or loss.

・About customer harassment. Please use the inquiry form designated by our company to inquire about our company or workshops. In addition to the inquiry form, if there is slander, one-sided word-of-mouth, discriminatory remarks, abusive language, or other nuisance behavior against our company, staff, related parties, or customers through phone calls to the store, visits, SNS, search sites, or other public institutions, we will immediately report the behavior to the police regardless of the circumstances, and take strict action including criminal and civil actions. In addition, regarding nuisance behavior, we will not accept any refunds, cancellations, or complaints once such behavior is discovered, whether before, during, or after the workshop. We will immediately hand it over to the local police as a case. Recently, there have been many cases of nuisance behavior against departments and related parties that are not in charge of unilateral claims outside of the inquiry form, which you probably won't understand because they are anonymous, and as a result, they are charged with criminal acts, and even their real names are made public to the public, causing both work and life to be thrown out of hand. The law has been revised, and posters can be identified even if they are anonymous. If you are using your real name, you should make your complaint to the company through the inquiry form. We ask everyone to behave with common sense and discretion, whether they are students or working adults.
