Based on London and New York’s “Paint & Sip,” we’ve evolved it into a unique Japanese-style experience:

Open Positions
• Workshop Instructor (Part-time / Full-time)
• Studio & Café Staff (front desk, customer support, cleaning, photo/video shooting)
• Full-time Generalist (sales, event planning, product development, new store launches, PR, accounting, customer service)

Main Responsibilities
• Daily operations (opening/closing, cleaning, reporting)
• Leading art workshops for guests (beginners welcome!)
• Photo & video shooting for SNS content
• Assisting with gallery & live event operations, merchandise sales
• For full-time: sales, event planning, new store development

Requirements & Who We’re Looking For
• Clear career vision and ambition
• Interest in art, workshops, event planning, or gallery management
• Friendly and energetic customer service
• A team player who contributes ideas actively
• Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing experience
• Available weekends/holidays (2+ days/week)
• ✦ Japanese reading & writing required（日本語読み書き必須）

Pay & Conditions
• Hours: 10:00–20:00 (shift system)
• Part-time: ¥1,300–1,500/hr (raises available)
• Full-time: ¥250,000–350,000/month (depending on experience/skills)
• Benefits: Social insurance, New Year & summer holidays
• Dress code: Casual & free (hairstyle/piercing ok, neat appearance required)
