Before your visit

Choose your date and location online and complete checkout. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the four-digit booking reference.
Arrive at the studio at your booked start time. Sessions operate on a turnover basis.
Listen to the instructions and follow your instructor's guidance.
Enjoy the included drinks, or bring your own. Bring food if needed. Alcohol is for ages 20 and over only.
Enjoy communicating with other participants.
Keep your valuables with you. The organizer cannot accept responsibility for lost belongings.
